WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
Yes you will have a tracking number appended to your order.
I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS BUT I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED ONE/SOME OF THEM. WHY?
If you ordered multiple different items, they may come in on separate shipments but still within the estimated delivery time. There is no additional shipping fee if this happens.
We do our best to reduce costs on your end so that you do not have to pay high taxes/premiums to get your items. Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive.
I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE A ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL. WHAT'S GOING ON?
Please ensure that you enter the correct email address when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see whether your confirmation email has been sent there. If there is still no confirmation email , please email our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org
I NEED MY ORDER BEFORE A CERTAIN DATE. CAN YOU GUARANTEE IT WILL ARRIVE BEFORE THEN?
Unfortunately, we can't guarantee your item will arrive before a certain date (Christmas/Vacations/Trips/Holidays, etc). Our shipping times are dependent on the product and your location so we can't make any promises that it will arrive before a certain date. We can only you give an estimate.
I DON'T LIKE THE PRODUCT. CAN I RETURN IT?
